The University of Foggia offers all undergraduates and graduates the opportunity to participate in free training and professional orientation meetings at the Skills Assessment service.
What is the Skills Balance sheet for?
- identify those skills and potential that can be invested in the development/implementation of a social and professional inclusion project
- acquire autonomous self-evaluation, activation and choice skills
- develop, with respect to oneself and the labor market, the socio-cultural frameworks of reference and the appropriate emotional registers to deal with transition situations and to invest/reinvest in one's own projects
- plan a professional development project
Planned activities:
- reconstruction of one's personal, educational and work experiences
- knowledge and enhancement of one's skills in view of a training and/or professional project
- construction workshop
- individual interviews
- of the European curriculum vitae, to manage a job interview, for the promotion of empowerment and for the active job search
- The skills assessment process is divided into six weekly meetings with a specialized consultant.
- At the end of the course, the Summary Document is released which can be attached to the curriculum vitae.
- The Skills Balance Service is a member of the European Federation of Balance Sheet and Professional Orientation Centers (FECBOP).
