The Constitutional Court intends to offer six old and new graduates, enrolled in a postgraduate study course, the possibility of carrying out a training period called "Constitutional Court - University Internship Programme" at the Offices of the Constitutional Judges and/or at the Court Research Service.
The program - which is divided into a single session from 4 October 2022 to 21 July 2023 - has as its objective the in-depth study of the issues of constitutional law and constitutional justice and the acquisition of direct and concrete knowledge of the activity of the Court.
Interns, not resident in the municipality of Rome, are paid a reimbursement of travel and accommodation expenses, up to a maximum of €400.00 per month, upon presentation of the relevant qualifications.
Indications for participating in the pre-selection (subject to checking that you meet the requirements set out in the Internship Programme):
Adherence, for the 2022-2023 year, to the "Internship Programme" proposed by the Constitutional Court, whose deadline is set for 03/04/2022, must take place by completing the application form, addressed to the Magnificent Rector, with the related attachments. The application must be received exclusively via Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) - to the address protocollo@cert.unifg.it - by transmission, in "pdf" format, of the application and the required documentation, together with the identity document (citing in the subject “PEC application for participation Pre-selection Notice Constitutional Court Internship Program 2022/2023”). Applications sent from a non-certified email address are not considered valid. The validity of the transmission of the certified email message is certified by the acceptance receipt and the delivery receipt provided by the PEC manager, pursuant to the Presidential Decree. 11 February 2005, n. 68. Applications received after the aforementioned deadline will not be taken into consideration.
